This vessel is beautiful and has been 98% restored in the last 3 years. Surveyed 2006 at 70% restored. Has seen FRESH WATER ONLY!!! 1958 Constellation 48' (50' LOA) The cockpit area is roomy with a double seat at the helm. Aft from the helm is a large lounge area for seating with rattan furniture and a swim platform on the stern. New carpet in aft deck (2006), New dash carpeting (2008) new headliner in cockpit area (2008). LED lighting added 2008 for walk around. Inside below decks aft is the master stateroom with a king size bed, and twin size bed, with a head, shower and one bay sink. Moving forward is one stateroom with a double bunk and built in cabinets. Forward of the master and bunk staterooms is the salon area with a lot of room including 4 rocker recliners with ottomans. New headliner in Salon/galley (2008). New LED lighting was added to the salon in 2008. New carpeting in salon 2009; Forward of the salon is the galley which has been remodeled, and has the original large stainless steel/mahogany door cooler/refrigerator. A bar divides the salon/galley. The galley has updated cabinets and a stainless steel deep sink with dupont flooring. Forward of the galley is a stateroom with double bunks with a head for the stateroom use. The interior has new carpet throughout and new canvas top enclosure with screens (2006). The mahogany throughout has been re-varnished (2008) and is beautiful. Replaced original gas 431 Lincoln engines with 504 Cummins diesels (1975 with 500 hours. In 1992 engines were completely re-built by Cummins Canada for $32,000 with added new transmissions.) New fuel lines, fuel pumps, drive shafts, batteries (5 - tractor trailer batteries 2007), 2 new bilge pumps (2007) total of 3 on board. Halon fire extinguisher system in engine room, automatic and manual.  Main head remolded July 2009; New aluminum floating dock stairs; 2009; New vinyl canvas that covers and preserves the teak deck, 2009; Fresh bottom paint 2009; This would be a great boat for dinner cruises, charter or live aboard!! She is a charming vessel!!
