37' Four Winns 375 Express
Impress your friends and neighbors when you cruise by in this "stylish" yacht.
Clan Sea is one of only four 375's produced with diesels, one for each of the four "Winns"! She's built on a conventional Mod-V hull with a wide beam and prop pockets to reduce shaft angles and draft. Note the long sweeping foredeck of the 375. The helm is well aft providing for an unusually spacious and wide open interior and yet her cockpit space and seating arrangement is more than ample. She would make for comfortable "winter quarters" for those thinking of living aboard for the season.
Accommodations
Salon: Main salon features a U-shaped converible settee to port with leather upholstery, highlighted with indirect lighting. Incredible storage exists behind and under the settee. A large drop leaf table provides dining for eight with ease. Opposite to starboard are two comfortable barrel chairs with a cocktail table between. Opening screened hatches overhead provide ample sunlight and ventilation. Two stylish, panoramic windows run the length of the salon making the interior bright and cheerful. The forward bulkhead has a concealed entertainment center and the interior has carpeting throughout except for the brand new oak wood flooring in the galley.
Master stateroom: Forward is the private owners stateroom with King sized berth, entertainment center (including TV, CD player, AM/FM radio, and VHS). Two screened ports and screened overhead hatch provides an open and airy feel to this cabin. Storage abounds with under berth stowage and shelves as well as a large hanging locker.
Head: Just to port as you enter the salon is a fully enclosed stand up head with hot and cold water, vanity with sink, separate shower and vacu-flush electric head with holding tank and mascerator pump.
Guest cabin: Down one step just aft of the salon you will find a guest stateroom that can be configured as two matching single berths or combined to form a Queen berth.
Cockpit and Helm: The cockpit has seating forward for helmsman and guests. The forward passenger seat can seat two and rotates so it can face fore or aft. The helm seat can seat two and is electrically adjustable fore and aft. A large L-shaped bench seat aft can easily seat five or more. The cockpit has a fresh water sink, liquor storage and ample lockers. With her sunbrella "plus" bimini, camper top extension and aft deck curtain she is ready for some serious entertaining! Salespersons Comments
"Clan Sea" has been well kept by her knowledgeable owner and with her low hours she will provide years of service to her next Captain and crew. She is stylish and has a good turn of speed. She would make a comfortable live aboard for those that might like to make her a winter time get-a-way! Her condition should disappoint no one. Prior to 2001 she was a fresh water boat.
