Detailed Description:
This 34 Trojan Houseboat named “Safari” is a fixer upper with some advantages. These advantages are the 318 Chrysler Engine and the 5.5 KW Generator are in decent running condition, the upper deck has been replaced, the aft and front deck appear solid and the inside cabin is in decent shape. The issues which need addressed are more of a cosmetic nature. The headliner on the front deck was never fixed when the upper deck was replaced and the guard rails around the lower decks are loose and need to be re-set or replaced. In addition, the carpet on the lower decks and walk ways needs to be replaced and an external paint job on “Safari” would do wonders for her appearance. This is a fixer upper that requires mostly time to make her a comfortable retreat. With a price under $5,000 it would be hard to go wrong for the individual willing to give “Safari” the TLC she needs.
