• Exclusions and Explanations
The only exclusion is owners personal effects. As noted prior there is a new Lewmar windlass motor included, but, not installed. There is a Robertston autopilot at the lower helm that is not operable. If the new owners want to use the autopilot the repair would be their responsibility. Thank you!!
