*** UPDATED AGAIN, 6/11 ***
In response to many inquiries, I have posted new pictures of the helm, electronics, seating and engine, enjoy! Additionally, I made a video of her on "earmuffs" in my driveway; I know the quality isn't the best, but usedboats.com requires me to keep the file size small, so it is what it is... if you want the original mov file, just email me and I will send it out ASAP. I also have many more pictures, just email me what you'd like to see and I will send it out ASAP. Thanks again for stopping by to view my ad.
*** END UPDATE, continued... ***
Up for sale is my own 2002 Trophy 2052. It has been used very little, and this fact shows throughout (many of the included items are still sealed in their original plastic). No expense has ever been spared on routine maintenance and upkeep, as well as the updating/installation of various upgrades. I will soon be posting many, many pics of the boat to give everyone a better idea of just how nicely kept she is.
Additionally, the asking price is squarely aimed at getting serious inquiries, since it is well below that of other boats of identical model designation on this website that aren't even as well-equipped. The only reason I am selling it is simply because I cannot carve enough time out of my busy life to use it; I work six days a week, ten hours a day and just don't have the time. I have entered into other hobbies that I can find the time for and decided that this is now the time to sell her to someone that can keep her in the manner in which she is accustomed. ;^)
The list of equipment and amenities is formidable and includes a Garmin GPS192 Chartplotter, Humminbird Fish/Depthfinder, VHF, CD/MP3 Stereo system, port-a-potty, Mercury Mirage stainless steel prop (just refinished this past winter; polished to glorious, mirror-like finish!), fresh Interlux bottom paint, full Coast Guard package plus additional life preservers and fenders, 1/2" docklines suitable for in-water use (snubber line, too), fully galvanized tandem axle Escort trailer with SureLube axles, surge brakes on both axles (you can feel the boat & trailer pull back on the truck when braking!), EZ-On bunk coverings and full Stolz rollers/bowstop ensemble, etc. Fun accessories include 48qt Igloo marine cooler custom-fitted beneath passenger seat, "Big Bertha" 4-person tow tube with tow rope, Attwood ski mirror, ample rod holders above and below deck, and clean, nearly new cabin interior and cushions... remember, very little use, very low hours, therefore very clean. It even smells like a new boat in the cabin!
Two large fishboxes, large livewell with aerator and raw water washdown keep things clean, and even a marine garden hose with nozzle is included (remember, this is a "Pro" package 2052)!
No expense has ever been spared in keeping this boat in top shape. I just had the bimini top replaced; even though the original was still serviceable, it was starting to get a little dry and I wanted it perfect. The windows and side curtains of the full-cabin enclosure are in fine shape with no clouding or rips whatsoever. All the zippers work and all snaps are in place. The boat was always covered in the off season, and a custom sunbrella full-boat cover is included to keep her gelcoat looking sharp for years to come. I just had the whole boat cleaned and polished professionally at substantial expense. The job included the application of a top-quality 3M polymer sealant after high-speed buffing in order to keep her shining brightly and beading water for months. Just look at the pictures; she really does look like new. She looked so good that the detail shop got gobs more business after other boaters saw my boat in the lot for the few days it was there!
If any of the above information hasn't swayed you yet, maybe this one will: not only has the water pump been replaced this past month, and not only has the engine and outdrive been serviced, but the boat comes with a FULL TANK OF GAS. Yes, over 80 gallons of fuel is in the tank, and this is a free $320+ bonus to the new Owner! The Mercruiser 190HP I/O is miserly on gas anyway, but she still can kick a lot of V8 butt: she reaches 46 mph top speed, and comes up on plane fast with a set of Lenco trim tabs. The stainless steel prop provides excellent bite as well as superior ding resistance. The trim tabs, if used properly, will help you squeeze the most performance from every gallon of gas you use, as well as provide an extra measure of hull control in all conditions on the water. This boat is ready to run... the port-a-potty is ready with fresh water and holding tank deodorant, both batteries are charged, and all equipment is clean and ready. Everything works. This boat is prepared to serve right now for the whole season, whether you plan to keep her in the marina or trailer her to Lake George, or both... you are ready to go.
Many, many other items, accessories and extras included and not listed... the whole ball of wax goes to the new Owner. I have a totally clean title in hand and the ability to deliver her within any reasonable distance. I am very flexible with payment methods and am ready to entertain any serious inquiry: test drives as well as inspections are welcome. I am an honest man and will do everything in my power to make sure that the transaction is smooth and trouble-free. Thank you very much for looking and for your interest.
Regards,
Glenn
