This boat is a one owner, lift kept, and comes with a tri-axle trailer. It is also amazing what they can put into a 28 foot vessel. The Signature 280 is a case in point with extra freeboard to provide standing cabin headroom in the cabin. It has sleeping room for six that will not leave you feeling too cramped. With a generous 10 foot beam, Chaparral designers have used the space well. The cockpit has wraparound seating aft, built-in entertainment center, and a spacious storage locker under the portside passenger seat. Additional features include a transom storage locker, walk through windshield, extended swim platform, and a radar arch. The layout provides a forward convertible dinette, convertible U-shaped cabin dinette, and a double berth in the mid-cabin. Galley storage is also very good due to the large storage locker in the galley floor, and the décor is a blend of cherry cabinetry, designer fabrics, and vinyl wall coverings.
