This boat is like new with only 55 hours!!!
The Rinker 262 is a very secure bow rider. Under-seat storage is ample, a little under-hatch space was sacrificed so the passengers could be seated closer to the deck. Still, there are two big in-floor compartments.
A boat this large can be used for day tripping, so a refreshment galley was incorporated behind the driver's seat and a head under the port console. The fuel capacity is 85 gallons for long morning-to-evening cruises.
Nearly one-third of the 262's length is dedicated to at-rest activities. The rear sun pad is among the largest for a boat this size. Access from the cockpit is via a deep walk-through, under which is a storage compartment.
Rinker's 262 has a long, aerodynamic nose and solid color at the waterline. There are performance characteristics in the running surface -- exaggerated strakes and a step that runs all the way to the keel. It's unusual for a 5,400-pound boat to lift out of the water so easily. You are able to hit 30 mph in about seven seconds with a top speed approaching 50. That type of rigging keeps the value at a premium.
