Accommodations
Enter the cockpit from the extended swim platform through the door in the transom and with the full camper enclosure up, you are in the "upper salon" cockpit of this spacious mid-size cruiser, complete with wet bar, refrigerator, separate U-Line icemaker, Corian counter top, and built-in blender. Across the back of the cockpit is a full-size Omnova Nautolex bench seat with thick padded backrests, a stowable Acrylic snack table, Semi-circular portside seating, indirect and overhead LED lights, and removable carpet throughout. The Burled Cherry accented dasboard and Steering Wheel at the helm station to starboard, provides a preview of the decor you'll see when you enter the cabin through the molded sliding door next to the helm.
Down three steps and enter the spacious salon. The U-shaped Dinette has tan upholstery with an oval table to starboard and converts to a double berth. Opposite is the head, with Corian counter top, porcelain sink, electric flush head connected to a 45 gal. Holding Tank with Y-Valve and 12V macerator pump, a separate stall shower, and full length mirror. Forward to Port is the well-appointed galley with Corian counter top, SS sink with H/C Pressure water, 12V/110V refrigerator/freezer, microwave, two-burner electric stove, coffee-maker, and generous drawers, shelves, and storage cabinets over and under the counter top.
Opposite the galley is the entertainment center with Clarion Sirius/CD/Stereo, 14" LCD TV with integratd DVD player, and storage below the Corian trimmed counter top. Forward is the full beam V-Berth with privacy curtain, and drawers and storage cabinets below. Aft of the companionway stairs is the mid-cabin queen berth with privacy curtain. 110VAC and 12VDC lighting is throughout the boat, and a digitally controlled 16,000 BTU AC/heat system will keep you comfortable in any season. A built-in Central Vac system outlet is conveniently located in a deep closet aft of the dinette. Three large opening deck hatches provide plenty of light and ventilation.
Galley
The galley countertop is split with the stove slightly higher than the sink, primarily to allow a taller refrigerator. I found the difference in height to be practical too, as it raises the stovetop for cooking and keeps little ones fingers farther from the heat. The built in coffee maker, at shoulder level behind the sink, is a great addition.
Deck
The layout above decks shows careful consideration as well. The wet bar is oriented diagonally just aft of the helm on the starboard side, sensibly placed in the center of traffic flow. The Corian countertop conceals a sink, removable trash container, and a fixed mounted blender. The icemaker and refrigerator are flush mounted beneath the counter.
The forward Bimini top and enclosure protect the helm seat and large forward lounge from the elements. The aft Bimini shades the entire aft deck, including the transom-width lounge. By stowing the aft Bimini against the radar arch and inserting the filler cushions, the aft lounge becomes a large SunPad.
The swim platform, accessed via a walkthrough on the starboard side, includes a recessed telescoping ladder, a fresh water shower, and plenty of storage.
The forward deck is easily accessible via molded stairs in the center of the dashboard and the hinged, walk-through opening center panel of the aluminum-framed windshield. Three smoked acrylic aluminum framed deck hatches with sunshades and screens ensure plenty of ventilation and light when you don't need the A/C running.
