2008 Ranger Z-20 powered by a Yamaha 225 VMAX HPDI on a SlideMaster jack plate. A Hot Foot and Sea Star hydraulic steering make it easy to handle while this 225 spins a three blade stainless prop. On the bow, fishing power is supplied by a Minn Kota MAXXUM Pro with Universal Sonar, recessed pedal, and lift assist.
Of course, this is to the core a fishing boat. Electronics include two Lowrance LMS-520c with GPS. There is a port side rod organizer, tackle organizer, and storage compartment on the front deck. On the rear deck is a cooler, plus two more compartments that flank the divided livewells. Your passenger enjoys a rod rack of their own.
All switches are sealed and solid state for years of trouble-free operation. Another really neat Ranger feature are that the consoles are modular. In other words, you can remove the passenger console for the maximum fishing space, or simply bolt it in on chilly mornings.
