Catalina 27 with fin keel and tiller steering is located in Gibraltar Boat Yard (Lake Erie). The boat sat unused for many years in the 80s and 90s before I bought it so, the Atomic 4 gas engine runs like new. The hull and deck are white with a light blue deck grip. There is a forward cabin with a v-berth and private hed. it has a traditional main salon with a fold down table, stove, cooler, and running water from an electric pump. The boat has a knotmeter, depth meter, new compass, new shore power, and a roller furling jenny with good unfaded sale covers. She's a very seaworthy craft with a bilge that's almost always dry, She's ideal for the single handling sailor. She's given us many good times and I hate to sell her but, we've moved to Kansas.
