Catalina 27 with fin keel and tiller steering is located 40 miles south of Detroit in Gibraltar Boat Yard (Lake Erie). The boat sat unused for many years in the 80s and 90s before I bought it so, the Atomic 4 gas engine runs like new. The hull and deck are white with a light sky blue grip deck. Sails are in good shape. Sleeps 5, 6 feet of hdrm, forward v-berth and private hed, beautiful teak & carpeted interior traditional main salon with port, starboard and aft berths, a fold down table, stove, cooler, and running water from an electric pump.
