40' ft FOUNTAINE PAJOT Lavezzi

Vessel Walkthrough
This is the owner's version layout. Starting in the owner's hull, the stateroom is aft with the double berth to fore and aft with stowage locker beneath. There is a shelving unit above the berth inboard and forward of the berth inboard is a storage locker. In the walkthrough from the owner's stateroom there is an upholstered settee outboard and shelving above stretching the entire length. To inboard of the walkthrough there is one large doublelocker, a large hanging locker and a desk unit to outboard with power sockets. The head unit is located in the forepeak and contains a head, sink and vanity unit, and a separate shower stall.
The port hull aft cabin has a double berth to fore and aft, shelving above the berth outboard and cupboards inboard. Forward of the berth and inboard is a large hanging locker. The port hull head unit is located inboard of the walkway between the aft cabin and the forecabin. The head is situated forward and the shower, sink and vanity aft. The forward cabin has a double berth to fore and aft, a hanging locker aft to inboard and shelving outboard.
The forward port and starboard hull compartments can be accessed either via deck hatches or from port berth or the starboard shower cubicle. The port side compartment is fitted out as a single v-berth and the starboard as storage.
Forward to starboard in the main saloon is a large curved settee which seats 8, a bench settee and two stools which surround the dining table. The tabletop can be lowered using shorter legs and with an in-fill cushion providing a huge extra sleeping area. There are three large lockers beneath the bench settee. The saloon has a panoramic view through the forward windows and aft bulkhead port lights. The forward windows all have bespoke sunscreens
The navigation station is starboard in the main saloon, has a chart table with reading light and uses the end of the curved settee for seating.
The galley is aft port in the main saloon with an opening onto the cockpit. There is plenty of worktop space and storage both above and below. The galley is ventilated by the opening hatch above the stove top. There are electric fans in all berths and two in the saloon.

Remarks
This is the best priced, most attractive Lavezzi 40 in the world market right now. She is the more desirable owners version with many extras not normally found on bareboat charter yachts. She is currently with one of the best A charter fleets in the world and has active ongoing charter income so this could be the best opportunity to get involved in a beautiful nearly new condition cat in the premier charter location of the entire world at a fraction of her original investment. If you desired to keep her in fleet, the company would be willing to do so and alternatively if you wanted to take her out of the fleet towards the end of the season, they will work with the new owners to agree upon a suitable arrangement.
This is possibly the most desirable ongoing charter opportunity in the Caribbean and we look forward to responding to your questions.
